For more than 20 years of professional activity I’ve gained experience as Accountant, Chief Accountant, CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and also as Auditor, Forensic Expert and Tax Adviser.

This experience gave me the understanding of book keeping profession from both sides: like an executive and as well as a controller.
The main conclusion from that is: an auditor and adviser must give a result to business, not to provide services.

So, our vision is: We don’t provide services – we solve your problems, we give you results.

Also I agree with famous statement: “A good decision made quickly is much better than a perfect decision made too late.”
That is why I’m sure, that our help for your Business and Financial and Accounting Department must be in time.

It is so important to deliver correct information to Management and Financial Department rapidly and timely for efficient and effective decision making.

Like in a medicine field we absolutely agree with Hippocrates: “Make a habit of two things:
To help or at least don’t harm.”

We help our clients to use mediation skills for solving conflicts though negotiations.

We have practiced in international organizations and businesses, so we can understand our clients in English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian.

Professional activity of auditors and consultants, like a doctor practice, has an extremely high degree of personal responsibility for its results.

In both cases we put at stake very important things: human health on the one hand and efficiency and effectiveness of business, correctness of tax paying, safety investing on the other hand.

Experience of staff managing has confirmed me in benefits of synergy like a main advantage of team business.
That is why we use coworking with the best specialists in our and related fields: layers, certified valuers, IT programmers, notaries, business trainers.

And finally my favorite Steve Jobs’ quote: “Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes… the ones who see things differently — they’re not fond of rules… You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things… they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
